Why do we Love Infill?
We love that infill revitalizes neighbourhoods, it brings young families back into the neighbourhood, it supports local business, it encourages walkability and is great for the environment because it reuses existing infrastructure (streets, water & sewer pipes, lights, schools, parks, etc). It’s exciting to see people walking down tree-lined streets back to their comfortable new home which fits right into the character of the neighbourhood.
